"The workouts designed by n2l performance helped me a lot. the incline plyo work taught me the importance of high knee drive which was something i had in high school but the consistency wasn't there. as i continued to work with coach stanley of nothing 2 lose performance it started to become second nature. because we work smarter and harder than anyone else, we know we are better prepared than anyone else. we reuse to be out worked. so now when i do any drills, its automatic. n2l performance helped prepare me to be more explosive on the field. i can feel the difference. the position specific individualized drills such as bag drills, cutting drills, and agility has helped me increase my speed through the drills which has transferred onto the field and made me much better. n2l helped me become explosive and fluent in my hip movement, which has helped my speed and power.
